Irvin Curves
Irvin curves are used to determine average conductivity (ρ) for diffused layers
given 2 of the three following parameters:
- Ns (surface concentration)
- x/xj (for buried layers)
- average conductivity
The curves are sorted by diffusion profile (either erfc or Gaussian), type (n or p),
and background doping concentration (Nc).
Alternatively,
Irvin.net can be used to calculate exact values for the average conductivity.
